This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more states.
• Serve as a floating PFM during both scheduled and unscheduled site-lead absences to ensure service continuity.
• Supervise and provide guidance to on-site technical and soft services teams during coverage periods.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, attending crucial meetings, and addressing escalated issues.
• Oversee Work Order management in Corrigo, ensuring effective task assignment, vendor coordination, completion, and escalation.
• Perform operational diagnostics and convert findings into plans for continuous improvement.
• Create, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operational activities.
• Enhance processes and tools, optimize workflows, minimize waste, and boost efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions and implement corrective actions.
• Direct the Operational Excellence components of the annual Account Development Plan.
• Aid in expenditure monitoring and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain a centralized repository for knowledge management, including SOPs, training materials, and best-practice case studies.
• Collaborate with PFMs, regional leadership, and clients to address operational bottlenecks.
• Design and implement focused operational training programs.
• Mentor site teams and nurture emerging leaders.
• Revise and oversee the onboarding process for new hires alongside line managers.
• Maintain skills matrices and develop personalized development plans.
• Lead change management initiatives and promote the adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.
• Travel across the APAC region as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• University degree or professional certification in engineering or facilities management.
• Over 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Continuous Improvement roles.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement training programs.
• Strong grasp of FM operational workflows in FCDO accounts and industry standards.
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio.
• Skilled in data analysis tools including Excel and Power BI.
• Expertise in change management with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a keen client focus.
• Technical understanding and experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
• Awareness of occupational safety requirements.
• Capability to operate within a budget.
• Demonstrated initiative and motivation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively resolve problems.
