This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Lead initiatives for continuous enhancement, standardization, and skill development within the operations team.
• Oversee Work Order management utilizing the Corrigo system.
• Perform thorough operational diagnostics.
• Create, document, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures.
• Design and implement focused training programs.
• Serve as a change agent to promote staff adoption of new standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Continuous Improvement positions.
• In-depth understanding of FM operational workflows.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Expertise in change management.
• Required IT Skills: Microsoft Office.
