Operational Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Aids in the creation and implementation of a newly established OE function

• Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, independent validation, and operational rigor

• Collaborates closely with Development, Pre-Construction, PMO, IPP, SCM, and EPC partners

• Delivers structured analysis and insights to the COO organization

• Conducts independent cross-verifications on essential project inputs

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline

• 5–8 years of experience in EPC or project-driven organizations

• Familiarity with utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects is preferred

• Basic knowledge of Project Lifecycle and Stage-Gate methodologies

• Excellent analytical and documentation capabilities

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tracking tools
