Operational Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic collaborator within the Quality department

• Manage the training and development of the 5S Program

• Perform annual site audits

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance training initiatives

• Assist sites with alignment of training and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Systems or a related field

• Experience in Quality Management

• Skilled in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

• Capable of effective communication with diverse audiences

• Strong Project Management abilities

• Knowledge of document control and visual management practices
