Operational Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Align operational excellence initiatives with the overarching business strategy and objectives.

• Standardize operational procedures across all depots.

• Create and deliver training on new processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Oversee audits and assessments to ensure compliance, pinpointing gaps and opportunities, and managing improvement plans.

• Provide targeted support for underperforming depots while promoting continuous improvement.

• Monitor and adjust the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes.

• Establish performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operations.

• Facilitate change management and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

• Qualified and Experienced Leader: Possesses a degree or equivalent qualifications, with proven line management experience and a successful record of driving continuous business improvement.

• Strategic and Results-Oriented: Has demonstrated success in executing growth and improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity, backed by strong analytical and data skills.

• Effective Communicator and Manager: An accomplished presenter with exceptional people management skills, promoting high-performance teams and upholding professional standards.

• Knowledgeable and Resilient Professional: Possesses a deep understanding of logistical, environmental, and health & safety legislation, highly motivated, resilient, and dedicated to delivering excellence.

• Industry Expertise: Requires experience in waste management and must hold a valid Level 4 COTC (Certificate of Technical Competence) in Waste Management.
