Operational Excellence Manager – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs concerning operational excellence, business process enhancements, change management, and the practical elements of operational tasks.

• Review AI responses for technical validity, practicality, and adherence to real-world standards.

• Create realistic operational scenarios grounded in your extensive professional experience.

• Generate scenario variations from multiple viewpoints (e.g., operations consultant, client, team leader, process owner).

• Detect gaps, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated operational content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level operations professional with considerable experience in the EU or UK.

• Proficient in advising on, developing, and implementing process improvements and operational excellence strategies.

• Adept at assessing workflows, technical specifications, and compliance standards.

• Capable of working autonomously and delivering structured, critical feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with quick responsiveness.
