Operational Excellence Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Work in tandem with the Region Director of Customer Logistics to promote operational excellence.

• Lead projects that focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and People.

• Propel productivity initiatives utilizing project management methodologies.

• Assist Branch Support Teams in their continuous improvement endeavors.

• Take the lead in the integration and rollout of the CS&L IL6S framework.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel: 50-75%.
