This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Implement the new group manufacturing system (Level 2) at 10 to 15 locations.
• Oversee the preparation, deployment, and stabilization processes across the plants.
• Ensure uniformity and sustainability of the new manufacturing system practices throughout the facilities.
• Provide training and coaching for teams at every level within the organization.
• Instruct plant leadership, department managers, and shop floor teams on Lean and manufacturing system tools.
• Serve as a hands-on coach to reinforce structured problem-solving, standard work, and daily management routines.
• Propel the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
• Assist sites with lower CI maturity and guide teams through behavioral and operational transformations.
• Tackle resistance to change using structured engagement and practical change management strategies.
• Facilitate alignment and knowledge sharing across the plant network.
• Gather and disseminate best practices, lessons learned, and standards among sites.
• Deliver clear progress updates to stakeholders in Quality, CI, and Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent operational experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement practices.
• In-depth understanding of Lean tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in change management.
• Significant experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Professional to fluent proficiency in French or German is strongly encouraged.
