This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Assist and mentor AOS Leaders in executing a comprehensive AOS rollout across units, creating implementation roadmaps, and managing transitions.
• Collaborate with AOS Leaders and Heads of Unit to meet operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Provide support for AOS Agile Action Plans aimed at enhancing unit performance.
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate Kaizen Improvement Events.
• Train and mentor AOS Key Enablers on AOS methodologies and the Lean Six Sigma philosophy.
• Enhance and refine AOS methods within ISC, R&D, or Commercial focus areas.
• Act as a thought leader for AOS, promoting cultural transformation.
• Lead both strategic and tactical change projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Implement Lean business systems such as DBS, HOS, and the Toyota Production System.
• Provide process and management consulting to improve business workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders in both the local language and English.
• Spearhead initiatives for end-to-end supply chain excellence, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
• Collaborate with site leadership to deploy strategies, including A3 initiatives, Tier accountability processes, and GEMBA walks.
• Supervise digitalization, data analytics, and process optimization projects across supply chains.
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives aimed at waste reduction and innovative practice implementation.
• Track supply chain performance metrics and enforce corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience, with over 4 years in a leadership role within Lean Manufacturing, Lean Business Systems, Consultancy, or Operational Excellence.
• At least 4 years of pertinent leadership experience in Lean manufacturing, Lean supply chain, or strategic change initiatives.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 75% for business purposes.
• Master Practitioner level proficiency in essential Lean tools.
• Practical experience in organizing and executing Kaizen events and improvement workshops, as well as coaching and supporting change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing with a proven record in implementation and change management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding, coaching, and mentoring both direct and indirect reports.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Capacity to inspire change and exert influence without formal authority.
• Focus on results and quality.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software.
• Extensive knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status under asylum or refugee status, or eligible to obtain export approval.
• A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (MBA is not required).
