This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop strategies in collaboration with senior management and establish policies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Implement efficient processes and standards.
• Collaborate with both subordinate and senior management levels, involving negotiations and influencing key decisions.
• Manage team operations while creating innovative solutions, leveraging existing methods and adapting procedures as necessary.
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management, effectively communicate team goals and deliverables, and keep the team informed about changes.
• Provide guidance to our in-house Management Trainee.
• Monitor NSAT Scores and the productivity of team members closely.
• Induct new hires, including Engineers and Team Leaders, into the technical support process.
• Oversee the management of critical and complex changes as applicable.
• Initiate and promote continuous service improvement plans.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Responsible for performance management, career development, and retention of team members.
• Possess an innovative and transformational mindset to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an operations head/manager in the Technical Support process (Microsoft M365).
• Experience in Concierge LOB is preferred.
