Operador de Telemarketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support to field technicians responsible for maintenance, installation, and interventions at telecommunications sites.

• Validate information related to access requests.

• Supply necessary codes and guidance for site access.

• Record and update service requests in internal systems.

• Monitor requests and operational demands.

• Assist technicians during the site access process.

• Perform administrative controls and records for the operation.

• Organize information and documents related to the services provided.

• Assist with other administrative tasks in the department.

• Adhere to established procedures and protocols for operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School education.

• Experience/engagement in providing support to field technicians.

• Knowledge to validate access request information.

• Ability to record and update service requests in internal systems.

• Proficiency in Portuguese.

• Availability to work from 17:00 to 23:20.
