This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Present an existing software repository for an initial evaluation of its potential licensing worth.

• Obtain an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing prospects if the repository meets the qualifications.

• Review the assessed value prior to making a decision to move forward.

• Receive compensation in accordance with the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is finalized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of a current software product, application, or repository.

• Complete ownership or legal authority to license the submitted source code.

• Access to original code repositories, including those of discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently created software.

• The code must not contain third-party materials that you do not have permission to sublicense.

• Ideal applicants include software developers, tech founders, engineering teams, and code proprietors.

• $100 per 1M source-code tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.

• $40 per 1M Git-history tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.
