Open Enrollment Specialist – Part time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with designated clients, brokers, and consultants.

• Organize and lead Open Enrollment meetings, both in-person and virtually, to ensure that current and potential members comprehend the Curative products and services available, enabling them to make informed benefit selections for themselves and their families.

• Travel promptly to various locations for in-person meetings or conduct timely virtual sessions.

• Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to offer clients valuable, proactive advice.

• Assist our Care Navigation team in coordinating and promoting Baseline visits.

• Provide feedback to the assigned Account Executive / Implementation Manager to monitor, analyze, and improve communication tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including business practices, trends, and developments.

• Experience engaging with all levels of stakeholders internally, as well as with clients, brokers, consultants, and external partners as needed.

• Punctual and professional demeanor.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting Open Enrollment meetings.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe applications.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
