Open Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Exhibit comprehensive understanding of clients’ benefit plan provisions and Health and Welfare enrollment processes.

• Support participants through a concierge service model, managing inquiries from start to finish.

• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and resolve inbound inquiries promptly.

• Keep participants informed about their case status throughout the entire process.

• Ensure an exceptional participant experience when addressing inquiries from beginning to end.

• Handle both open and new cases on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with employees, retirement providers, insurance companies, and client services.

• Engage in conference calls with retirement providers, insurance companies, and client services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a remote call center is essential.

• Experience with open enrollment or healthcare is required.

• Capacity to work remotely in a quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable internet connectivity.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 9pm EST.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient multitasking capabilities.

• Demonstrated sense of ownership.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
