Onsite Construction Manager – Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee subcontractors and/or provide Owner’s Advisor (OA) services across diverse project sites.

• Assist with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Design-Build initiatives.

• Supervise all onsite activities while ensuring the implementation of BC’s safety and quality protocols.

• Create and manage project timelines.

• Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors.

• Monitor production, change management, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).

• Guide all subcontractors involved in the project.

• Work in partnership with the project director, project engineer, and project manager.

• Provide training and support for office-based project management responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related area.

• Expertise in construction management and project management methodologies and practices.

• Strong abilities in overseeing contractor and subcontractor activities.

• Comprehensive understanding of scope definition and effective change management.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (P6, MS Project) and construction management platforms (Procore).

• In-depth knowledge of construction practices related to major wastewater construction projects.
