Onsite Client Training Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct interactive on-site consultation and training sessions during the initial installations of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software.

• Offer professional guidance to dealership management regarding best practices.

• Work closely with dealership management to collect essential data for informed decision-making and reporting.

• Assist customers in developing tailored reports and dashboards.

• Oversee the successful execution of the onsite training plan by tracking progress throughout the installation week.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in dealership Fixed Operations.

• Preferred 2-5+ years of experience in on-site implementation.

• Previous experience with Auto/Mate DMS is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Significant experience in training and presenting, both in group environments and one-on-one.

• Outstanding communication skills, including effective phone communication.

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred.
