Advanced Training and Field Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a training and development strategy focused on field operations that aligns with business objectives.

• Design programs based on competencies that enhance clinical knowledge, business skills, and sales performance.

• Develop structured onboarding, certification, and growth pathways to boost productivity and employee retention.

• Promote the ongoing development of current representatives and managers to improve clinical and business skills.

• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps in the field and introduce targeted coaching and training solutions.

• Oversee the creation of tools and educational materials that support consultative selling and strategic account management.

• Utilize AI, advanced analytics, and digital learning platforms to maximize training effectiveness and customize learning experiences.

• Incorporate e-learning, virtual platforms, and data-driven insights into training delivery and performance assessment.

• Set performance metrics that connect training initiatives with field execution, adoption rates, and business results.

• Direct training strategy and implementation for national sales meetings.

• Regularly assess and integrate innovative training methods and technologies to improve effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in life sciences or medical devices is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales training or coaching is mandatory.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.

• Experience in developing training programs is essential.
