Onsite Client Training Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging on-site consultations and training sessions during the implementation of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software.

• Offer expert guidance to dealership management regarding system configuration and software utilization.

• Ensure adherence to business strategies, industry developments, established procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Work collaboratively with dealership management to collect essential data for informed decision-making and reporting.

• Assist customers in developing tailored reports and dashboards.

• Oversee the progress throughout the installation week to guarantee the successful execution of the onsite training agenda.

• Travel roughly 75% of the time to meet clients and provide services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in dealership Fixed Operations is required, including roles in dealership Sales and/or Finance management.

• 2-5+ years of experience in on-site implementation is preferred.

• Previous experience with Auto/Mate DMS is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Substantial experience in training and delivering presentations, both in group settings and individually.

• Exceptional communication abilities, including strong phone communication skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
