This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Instruct enthusiastic young learners and teenagers from the convenience of your home.

• Create customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.

• Cultivate relationships with regular students to enhance their English language skills and boost their confidence.

• Track and report on student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or highly proficient English communication abilities (C1/C2 level).

• Fluent in Portuguese.

• At least 2 years of experience teaching English online or in a traditional classroom setting.

• Possess an accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA qualification (120 hours or more).

• Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, Education, or a related discipline (either completed or currently pursuing).

• Knowledge of CEFR frameworks and ESL assessment methods.

• Strong digital literacy along with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Clear background check.

• Technical Requirements: Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 processor (or equivalent) operating at 2.40GHz or higher; Minimum 8GB RAM; Reliable fiber internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds; Wired LAN connection is mandatory; A Power Backup UPS or alternative power solution that can support equipment for 4–5 hours is highly recommended; Teaching Equipment: Noise-canceling headset with microphone; HD webcam (720p or higher); A quiet, professional, and well-lit environment suitable for online teaching.
