This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in consultative sales by identifying the unique needs of each lead and providing optimal solutions.
• Negotiate terms and finalize new student enrollments.
• Oversee your sales pipeline, efficiently managing contacts, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Operate with defined targets and performance metrics.
• Foster long-lasting relationships that enhance student retention.
• Prior sales experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient in addressing objections and steering negotiations.
• Communicative, proactive, and goal-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Must have a remote work setup, including a computer/laptop, reliable internet connection, and an appropriate workspace.
• Must possess MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) registration or be willing to obtain it.
• Experience with digital products or online education is a plus.
• Background in remote sales, inside sales, or as a closer is advantageous.
• Familiarity with online sales strategies is beneficial.
• 100% Remote (Home Office).
