This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a marketing generalist focused on E-Commerce, you will oversee campaigns across various channels, ensuring cohesive operation.
• Cross-channel strategy: You will formulate marketing strategies that integrate SEO, paid social, email marketing, and on-site optimization.
• Campaign management: You will plan, execute, and enhance campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and others.
• Content & SEO: You possess the knowledge to generate organic traffic and work collaboratively with our content team on implementation.
• Email marketing: You will design automated flows and newsletter strategies aimed at boosting customer retention and increasing revenue.
• Analysis & optimization: You will monitor the performance of all initiatives, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and understand what constitutes a successful online store—from the product page to the checkout.
• Comprehensive online marketing expertise with a focus on E-Commerce.
• Proven experience in at least 2–3 of the following channels: SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and CRO.
• Capability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent copywriting skills: you craft compelling copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Self-motivated: you excel without micromanagement and flourish with trust and independence.
• Proficient in German.
