Online Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Design and implement online marketing initiatives.

• Develop and enhance social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.

• Produce and refine content including posts, blog articles, and case studies.

• Formulate and execute lead generation strategies.

• Track and improve campaign performance metrics (KPIs, conversion rates).

• Assist with paid advertising efforts like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

• Utilize tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.

• Construct and oversee marketing funnels and automation workflows.

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing processes.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance the CRM system.

• Work closely with the sales team for effective lead qualification.

• Aid in the development of sales enablement resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related area.

• Entry-level experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and content development.

• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot.

• Strong grasp of customer journeys and sales funnels.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven focus.

• Enthusiasm for AI, voice technology, and innovation.

• German: business-fluent or native proficiency.

• English: excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing.

• Familiarity with performance marketing.

• Experience using tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
