This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and curate social media content for our platforms — Reels, TikToks, and Stories, from concept to final edit.

• Adapt trends into innovative original formats.

• Conceptualize ideas, conduct video shoots, and edit the produced content.

• Gradually implement performance marketing campaigns, manage advertisements, and evaluate metrics.

• Analyze performance data to inform content strategy and improve alignment with results.

• If interested and qualified, create unique content formats for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

• You actively manage your own social media channel.

• Knowledge of platform algorithms, content formats, audio trends, and timing.

• A strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and editing skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Proficient in German with a good understanding of tone and communication.

• Initial ideas or experience in performance marketing are advantageous but not mandatory.
