This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Convert marketing objectives and campaign needs into actionable digital delivery strategies.
• Take charge of the implementation plan across the website, CRM, automation, and analytics frameworks.
• Oversee dependencies, testing, approvals, and delivery in collaboration with Content, Sales, leadership, and technical partners.
• Administer and enhance the daily operations of the company website and CMS.
• Create, format, publish, and maintain landing pages, forms, calls to action, thank-you experiences, and follow-up journeys.
• Manage the daily operations and ongoing enhancements of HubSpot and the integrated CRM environment.
• Oversee lifecycle stages, contact properties, segmentation, lists, lead statuses, and data standards.
• Design and maintain workflows for lead capture, qualification, routing, follow-up, and internal notifications.
• Develop and manage automated email journeys, nurturing programs, and trigger-based communications.
• Track deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics while implementing enhancements.
• Lead digital marketing measurement across the website, HubSpot, CRM, and email initiatives.
• Execute analytics, tags, events, conversion tracking, and UTM conventions.
• Create dashboards to monitor traffic, engagement, lead generation, funnel progression, and marketing impact.
• Provide regular reports on digital performance, insights, risks, and priority actions.
• Oversee or coordinate technical SEO tasks, including crawling, indexing, sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, structured data, and website errors.
• Assess website speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Evaluate landing pages, forms, email journeys, and funnel stages to identify friction points and drop-offs.
• Execute structured conversion tests across page layouts, forms, calls to action, and journey stages.
• Maintain a prioritized optimization backlog and document test results and insights.
• Ideally possess 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on ownership of HubSpot and CRM processes within a B2B context.
• Background in building and maintaining websites, landing pages, forms, and digital customer journeys via a CMS.
• Extensive experience in designing and managing email automation, nurturing workflows, segmentation, and lead-routing processes.
• Proven ability in implementing analytics, conversion tracking, dashboards, and campaign evaluations.
• Capable of managing digital projects from requirements gathering through to QA, launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, including CRM administration, lists, properties, workflows, forms, and reporting.
• Strong grasp of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, data hygiene, and Marketing-to-Sales transitions.
• Skillful in translating business needs into reliable automated workflows and operational processes.
• Experience in managing platform integrations and resolving data or workflow issues.
• Strong skills in documentation, quality assurance, and change management practices.
• Direct experience with modern CMS platforms such as HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or Webflow.
• In-depth knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and dashboarding tools.
• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and routine page-level modifications.
• Familiarity with technical SEO, structured data, redirects, indexing, and website performance.
• Experience with conversion optimization, testing methodologies, and funnel analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex data and convey clear commercial implications to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM or similar marketing automation and CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio or HubSpot reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis, validation, and reporting tasks.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive in identifying issues and driving them to resolution.
• Capable of balancing technical precision, customer experience, and commercial objectives.
