This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 25-30 undergraduate students enrolled in online courses.
• Assist in developing essential skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.
• Facilitate one-on-one sessions for resolving doubts, providing academic advice, and reviewing assessment drafts.
• Advise on pertinent reference materials.
• Evaluate assessments and provide comprehensive feedback.
• Oversee discussion forums.
• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support to address student queries and concerns.
• Interact with students promptly via email or through calls/online sessions at their convenience.
• Possess a postgraduate or doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate roles and/or teaching in relevant disciplines at a prominent university or college.
• Exhibit an empathetic, ambitious, approachable, and sociable demeanor.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the English language, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a functional laptop and reliable access to a high-speed internet connection (greater than 10 MBPS).
• Ability to swiftly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction.
