This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and act as the specialist for a designated group of prospective students.
• Proactively engage, connect with, consult, and promote Ohio State online programs to prospective students.
• Create recruitment materials and processes for Ohio State online programs.
• Guide prospects through the application journey while evaluating program suitability, application qualifications, and progress.
• Oversee the submission progress of applicants.
• Execute mandatory daily recruitment initiatives throughout the year.
• Monitor application submissions, student enrollments, and various performance metrics.
• Provide customer support via phone, video calls, email, or text.
• Document all activities and notes in the CRM system.
• Modify recruitment processes and materials to enhance conversion rates among prospective students.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
• Coordinate with the reenrollment team as prospects transition to students.
• Facilitate and occasionally lead communication across various functions with college partners.
• Establish relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years in sales, recruitment, communication, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment or sales, customer service, communication, and/or cross-functional collaboration within an organization.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in sales strategies.
• Familiarity with the recruitment funnel is essential.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience is preferred.
• Background in online higher education recruitment is preferred.
• Experience engaging with nontraditional, online prospects within a recruitment funnel is preferred.
• Experience selling high-value, intangible/service products in a virtual context is preferred.
• Final candidates will undergo a background check as part of the selection process.
• A drug screening or physical examination may be required following the job offer.
