This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status through email and live chat.
• Assist clients in resolving billing concerns, including discrepancies, refunds, and charge disputes, ensuring prompt solutions.
• Accurately process payments and update billing information within our system.
• Offer comprehensive explanations of charges, fees, and membership options to clients.
• Track and follow up on overdue payments, notifying clients of any issues.
• Keep precise records of all interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to guarantee accuracy and efficiency in billing procedures.
• Stay informed about company policies, billing software, and payment processing protocols.
• Exceptional written communication skills coupled with a strong customer service focus.
• Previous experience in billing, finance, or customer support is preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
• Proficient in billing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
