Online Adjunct Professor – Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and prepare assigned course(s) in Blackboard, ensuring all required components are completed by the specified deadline.

• Deliver approximately 12-14 hours of instruction weekly, spread across five days for each course.

• Lead discussions, evaluate student submissions, monitor emails, and engage in tailored retention initiatives and outreach to promote student success.

• Respond to inquiries from students, supervisors, colleagues, and others within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Exhibit the capability to implement the Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in networking, cyber security, or a related discipline.

• Valid certification in either CompTIA Network+ N10-006, CompTIA Security+ SY0-401, or CISSP.

• Knowledge of Cloud Computing is advantageous.

• Prior experience in online teaching.

• Familiarity with various technologies for providing feedback and enhancing student engagement.
