This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, implement, and oversee Identity Governance solutions utilizing One Identity Manager.

• Configure and enhance workflows, policies, and role-based access controls within One Identity Manager.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business challenges and convert them into technical requirements.

• Offer expert recommendations and insights on best practices for One Identity Manager and IAM strategies.

• Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory obligations.

• Mentor colleagues and provide training to teams on One Identity Manager functionalities.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to assess business challenges and articulate them into technical specifications.

• At least 3 years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.

• Over 2 years of practical experience with One Identity Manager (essential).

• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of IAM principles and solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance solutions, particularly with One Identity Manager.

• Certifications in One Identity Manager.

• Preferred certifications in other IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or PingIdentity.

• Certifications in Azure/Entra ID.

• Familiarity with SABSA or TOGAF frameworks is a plus.

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
