This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify Varian Professional Services and Clinical Services necessary to enhance clinical, operational, financial, and customer/patient experiences for client accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with current accounts while assisting in the development of new ones.
• Create strategies for account penetration targeting key accounts.
• Provide management with quarterly updates on progress.
• Collaborate with Sales to establish and maintain connections with clinical, administrative, and C-suite decision-makers.
• Stay informed about accounts' immediate and long-term challenges and objectives.
• Keep management and Sales colleagues updated on opportunities, changes in plans, goals, and buying influences.
• Ensure that quoted technologies and software licensing meet customer objectives.
• Develop Scopes of Work outlining the deployment of Professional Services and timelines.
• Partner with Sales to quote Professional Services and Clinical Services, facilitating the closure of opportunities.
• Complete LMS training tailored to specific responsibilities.
• Acquire and maintain vendor credentialing necessary for comprehensive client-site access.
• Clinical background such as RT(T), RN, CMD, or PhD.
• At least five years of managerial experience in healthcare administration.
• Experience in oncology operations, including radiation oncology or medical oncology.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
• Capability, competence, and confidence to lead teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HCM software like Workday, or equivalent ERP and productivity tools.
• A strong passion for client service and building relationships.
• Understanding of Varian solutions along with oncology operations and business.
• Awareness of various business models and the ability to integrate complex technologies to deliver customer value.
• Ability to thrive in matrixed and unstructured environments.
• Excellent multimode communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proven record of collaboration and consensus-building.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, including basic organizational P&L.
• Leadership experience in clinical operations, focusing on strategic and business planning as well as financial and operational performance.
• Must complete the LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibilities.
• Must fulfill vendor credentialing criteria for full VMS client-site access, unless restricted by law.
• Vendor credentialing may necessitate valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
