This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers while engaging with key stakeholders to gain insights into practice structure, business models, and influential figures.
• Utilize relevant resources to formulate a persuasive and logical argument for the value of our Oncology products during informed discussions with clients.
• Have a strong understanding of cancer staging, various treatment options, and dosing schedules related to different tumors and diseases.
• Assess and recognize trends within a complex purchasing landscape.
• Analyze and review purchasing and prescribing patterns of products.
• Understand the intricate interdependencies of accounts to proactively create and implement both short- and long-term account strategies in partnership with the account team and supervisor.
• Share insights and best practices learned from one customer with another.
• Guarantee a uniform customer experience across all divisions and functional areas of our Company.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma accompanied by at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a field-based role.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and capability to operate a vehicle.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: 2+ years of field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics to oncology customers.
• Preferred: A documented record of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical position.
• Preferred: Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors.
