• Organizes all forms of intricate treatments with meticulous attention to detail.

• Provides outstanding customer service by handling incoming calls or reaching out to patients to confirm appropriate treatment times.

• Collects and verifies essential demographic and insurance details.

• Reviews and confirms information to ensure accuracy when scheduling all CTU appointments.

• Capable of managing a high volume of calls to deliver optimal customer service by effectively educating patients on CTU appointment preparations and addressing their inquiries.

• Employs various computer applications, scheduling software, and network drives to coordinate multiple treatments across different modalities and entities at all CTU UHealth locations.

• Applies complex medical terminology and precise scheduling protocols to maintain compliance, including reviewing and comparing patients' previous imaging reports with current orders.

• Manages processes and timing as dictated by the physician and facility for special procedures or treatments.

• Informs relevant parties if a patient requires lab work or premedication for allergies, oral sedation medication, and gathers necessary implant information.

• Complies with University and unit-level policies and procedures while protecting University assets.
