This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to provide outstanding customer support and ensure satisfaction.
• Implement customer retention strategies aimed at preserving and expanding existing accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain value-driven relationships with current clients, enhancing their usage of products and services.
• Maintain regular communication with colleagues, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership to relay customer insights, success stories, challenges, and best practices.
• Precisely document customer interactions, updates, and value-oriented activities within the CRM system.
• Develop and keep a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, technology platforms, billing and reimbursement processes, as well as molecular profiling solutions.
• Establish and uphold open lines of communication with key stakeholders at assigned accounts, addressing issues that may affect customer satisfaction.
• Oversee assigned company equipment and assets.
• Timely and accurately submit all necessary reports and documentation.
• Achieve or surpass designated performance targets.
• Provide support for meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.
• Assist physicians in ordering and interpreting the CMI platform, ensuring accuracy in QC reports, which necessitates access to PHI.
• Maintain a primary focus on case management.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of experience in account management or a customer-facing role.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Familiarity with clinic-based business practices is essential.
• Capability to learn proprietary software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
