• Lead the acquisition of new accounts and foster organic growth through strategic prospecting, value-driven selling, and clinical education.
• Establish Caris as the preferred or exclusive provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Assess territory opportunities and create strategic sales plans to meet growth targets.
• Achieve or surpass designated revenue, activity, and performance goals.
• Cultivate and uphold robust customer relationships through regular in-person interactions.
• Ensure a flawless customer experience throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Maintain transparent communication with key account stakeholders and escalate issues when customer satisfaction is jeopardized.
• Implement retention strategies while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with oncology clinicians and allied health teams in clinics, pathology labs, and hospital environments.
• Assist physicians with the ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, including access to PHI when necessary.
• Demonstrate and provide advice on technological solutions such as portals, EMR integrations, and workflows.
• Retain a comprehensive understanding of molecular profiling, biomarkers, and competitive products.
• Offer consultative support regarding billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
• Act as a resource for laboratory reimbursement and operational workflows.
• Share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with leadership.
• Work collaboratively with Client Services, Regional Business Directors, and Commercial Leadership.
• Keep accurate CRM documentation and fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities.
• Safeguard assigned company assets.
• Assist with meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of pertinent sales experience is required.
• Strong comprehension of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Familiarity with billing and reimbursement environments.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a matrixed setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel frequently.
• Successful completion of pre-employment prerequisites.
