This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Execute tasks related to customer account setups, including majors, logo codes, billing accounts, and other associated internal account components.
• Collaborate with credit, field sales, and internal teams to facilitate prompt financial onboarding and account activation.
• Accurately process customer vendor forms, new account documentation, and all relevant onboarding paperwork.
• Research and verify customer data, including GPO affiliation checks, strategic account validations, and additional account setup prerequisites.
• Address inquiries from field sales and internal partners regarding the status of onboarding, documentation requirements, and account setup questions.
• Utilize internal systems, Excel, account screens, and reporting tools to input, confirm, monitor, and update onboarding information.
• Resolve issues related to onboarding, billing, documentation, account setup, and system operations, escalating complex situations when necessary.
• Maintain service-level expectations, ensuring timely responses and the completion of account setups within departmental guidelines.
• Participate in process enhancement initiatives aimed at improving onboarding accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and overall customer experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer onboarding, account setup, finance/billing support, sales support, customer service, operations, or administration.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing customer, account, billing, and financial onboarding information.
• Capability to handle multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic support environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide timely updates and follow through effectively.
• Analytical mindset to identify missing information, resolve routine issues, and take appropriate actions.
• Customer service-oriented approach when assisting field sales, internal teams, and addressing onboarding needs.
• Collaborative, dependable, and process-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
• Preferred: Associate Degree or coursework in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Familiarity with LINC, FOCUS, or similar account management/reporting tools.
• Preferred: Intermediate Excel skills, including tracking, sorting/filtering data, and support for reports.
