This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Take ownership of the client relationship from the sale point through the Customer Success transition (first 90 days).
• Facilitate client kickoff meetings, product training sessions, chairsides, as well as 30- and 60-day adoption calls, and partnership evaluations.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of publishers’ business requirements and align MediaRadar’s platform with their objectives.
• Assist clients in establishing success milestones and realizing value through a proactive, hands-on approach that fosters confidence and autonomy.
• Monitor client engagement, proactively identify accounts or users showing disengagement, and implement re-engagement strategies.
• Provide clients with educational resources and best practices to enhance outcomes.
• Track and oversee all onboarding activities within Salesforce.
• Update onboarding progress, manage client setup, and accurately document client goals, use cases, and interactions.
• Confirm client satisfaction and engagement at the conclusion of the onboarding process.
• Smoothly transition the partnership to the account team with complete context and documentation.
• Lead centralized segment outreach initiatives and collaborate with client partners for targeted customer engagement.
• Proven experience in client-facing or customer success positions, ideally in SaaS, advertising, or media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for quickly building trust and credibility.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple clients and timelines concurrently.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Familiarity with digital media, publishing, or advertising technology is an added advantage.
