This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Oversee comprehensive onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish

• Set up CRM systems, including pipelines, workflows, automation, and reporting features

• Conduct exploratory sessions and tailor portals to meet client needs

• Create scalable solutions for CRM and Revenue Operations

• Enhance processes for sales, marketing, and customer success teams

• Increase operational efficiency through automation strategies

• Manage data migration and ensure CRM data integrity

• Assist with integrations and resolve any arising issues

• Develop dashboards and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Facilitate client training and onboarding programs

• Promote user adoption and optimization of systems

• Handle various projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously

• Keep documentation up to date and work collaboratively with teams

• 3–5+ years of experience in HubSpot onboarding and implementation

• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs

• Proven experience with CRM migrations, workflows, automation, and reporting

• Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
