Onboarding Specialist – B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding process as a strategic project, defining a work plan, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and timelines.

• Coordinate the client's setup in Kashio systems alongside the internal Operations team.

• Manage and coordinate integration projects when necessary, collaborating with the Integrations team without executing development.

• Design and coordinate adoption plans, training, and business actions to accelerate effective use of the platform.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client during the onboarding process.

• Manage relationships with multiple client stakeholders, including VP, C-level executives, and the CEO.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and objectives agreed upon with the Sales team, as well as maintain close coordination with the Sales team as escalation resources.

• Monitor onboarding KPIs, adoption rates, and satisfaction metrics such as NPS and time to value.

• Prepare executive reports on the progress and closure of the onboarding process.

• Act as the voice of the customer within Kashio, providing insights to the Product, Operations, and Sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or consulting with corporate clients.

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Proven experience interacting with high-level executives such as VP, C-level, and CEO.

• Demonstrated experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

• Hands-on experience working with CRMs and commercial platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalents.

• A background in Fintech, payment processing, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.

• Educational background in Engineering, Systems, Administration, or related fields.
