This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will represent Insider One to our clients! Acting as the vital link between their requirements and our technology.
• Assist clients in understanding their needs and which of our features and products align best with their goals and expectations.
• Ensure clients are maximizing the use of our technology, enabling us to deliver our world-class service. You will monitor and encourage the adoption of our technology by customers.
• Collaborate with our data experts (engineers and developers) and product specialists whenever necessary to guarantee the client receives comprehensive technical support.
• Create and maintain key account plans that pinpoint opportunities to enhance the value we provide to our clients' organizations.
• Actively offer ongoing feedback to your team regarding market trends, unmet needs, and chances to make a greater impact on our partnership with clients.
• Build a trusted advisor relationship that ensures our customers are completely satisfied with our services and technology.
• Strategize to help customers achieve their objectives by prioritizing and facilitating the resolution of escalated customer issues.
• Contribute new product ideas! As an account strategist, you will assist our product and design experts in shaping our product roadmap.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, project management, or strategic consulting. Demonstrate your ability to collaborate and forge strong relationships with customers, particularly at the executive level.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, complemented by positive and energetic phone skills and outstanding listening abilities.
• With clients globally, be a self-motivated and tech-savvy individual, always seeking innovative solutions and ideas to enhance our client relationships.
