Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients by establishing clear expectations, defining key milestones, and monitoring progress towards onboarding objectives.

• Facilitate client education by incorporating learning opportunities into the onboarding process and collaborating with the Content Creation team to prioritize and request essential training resources for clients.

• Utilize data and progress tracking to assess client health during onboarding, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.

• Keep clients engaged and motivated throughout the onboarding journey, promoting the adoption of INNERGY processes and best practices.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and documenting all interactions for visibility across teams.

• Identify and tackle challenges such as low client engagement or resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome these hurdles and maintain the onboarding timeline.

• Collect client feedback throughout the onboarding process and share insights to refine onboarding strategies and shape future training content priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in onboarding, client success, or related roles, ideally within the Microvellum architectural millwork industry or manufacturing sector.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to clarify complex concepts effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficient in analyzing data and leveraging insights for managing progress and risks.

• Adept at motivating and guiding clients towards successful outcomes.

• Experience working with content or training teams to prioritize and influence the development of resources.

• A problem-solving attitude with the flexibility to adapt to client needs and challenges.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
