Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform a comprehensive health and medication assessment with the patient.

• Ensure precise data entry of patient prescription details.

• Meet key performance indicators established by management.

• Create a favorable initial impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare.

• Provide education to facilities, institutions, and patients regarding ExactCare.

• Oversee the patient evaluation process to enhance business growth and sustain referral connections.

• Keep accurate records and generate reports.

• Reach out to potential patients daily and arrange telephonic reviews.

• Engage in daily team meetings, attend training sessions, and participate in other required meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmacy customer service.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
