Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the timely and successful completion of client onboarding projects.

• Guides internal teams in executing client onboarding processes and tasks to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.

• Develops strategies for onboarding project risk mitigation and oversees all escalations related to these projects.

• Provides pre-sales client onboarding support for the sales team.

• Ensures that onboarding tasks are conducted in compliance with ISO processes.

• Keeps project information current in Salesforce.com and other relevant systems.

• Manages client communications and escalations throughout the onboarding process.

• Delivers detailed and timely status reports to the internal management team.

• Guarantees exceptional client satisfaction throughout the onboarding experience.

• Secures client references upon completion of onboarding.

• Identifies and suggests innovations and improvement opportunities for onboarding processes.

• 10% travel is anticipated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Project Management certification or its equivalent is preferred.

• Extensive consulting or project management experience with SAP, Oracle EBS Applications, or Oracle Database solutions, along with strong client management skills.

• Over 5 years of experience in ERP application implementation and/or upgrade project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Technical consulting experience is advantageous.

• Native Korean speaker.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
