Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison with clients during the onboarding process.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects and manage all elements of onboarding until completion.

• Collaborate with new clients to determine their objectives and preferences for launching their new company website and any additional services they have selected.

• Utilize a tailored version of WordPress (Elementor) to make updates to client websites.

• Support clients in adopting both new and existing features to enhance the value of the products and services offered.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Proficient in WordPress.

• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills for direct client interaction.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to simplify complex issues for better understanding.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail.

• Must be personable and thrive in a client-facing environment.

• A friendly individual who genuinely enjoys assisting others and resolving challenges.

• Competent in working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

• Familiarity with common internet technologies.

• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to learning new software.

• Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
