• Contribute to the creation of onboarding playbooks, templates, and training materials that strengthen the broader PS team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding and implementation phases.

• Provide training and support to customers to ensure the successful integration of Flydocs solutions.
• Collect feedback from customers after implementation to pinpoint areas for enhancement and drive improvements.
• Aviation industry expertise: Extensive practical experience in aircraft technical records, airworthiness compliance, or aviation asset management – preferably across various regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA, CAR 145). You comprehend the actual operations of airlines and lessors, not just theoretically.
• Project and planning proficiency: Demonstrated capability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams – coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to achieve timely delivery. Experience in onboarding, planning, or implementation roles within the aviation sector is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with flydocs products: Experience with flydocs DRM and/or LAM products, or similar records management and asset management platforms. Understanding how these tools are utilized operationally by airline and lessor clients is a considerable advantage.
• Stakeholder and change management: Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels – from operational teams to senior customer representatives. Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Data and reporting expertise: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools to monitor performance, identify risks, and support decision-making.
• Digital transformation experience: Involvement in assisting customers through digitization or system migration projects, particularly in compliance-heavy or records-intensive settings.
• SaaS implementation knowledge: Exposure to SaaS product launches, software integrations, or structured implementation methodologies. Formal project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Collaboration and teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams, encouraging direct and transparent two-way communication and feedback.
• Communication and presentation skills: Effective and confident communicator in English – both written and verbal. Able to adjust style for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Autonomy and adaptability: Ability to independently manage complex and changing project conditions with resilience and flexibility.
• Flexibility and travel: Willingness and capability to travel internationally as required. Services may be delivered onsite to customers or remotely via web sessions.
