📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Onboarding Consultants who collaborate closely with vacation rental owners and Property Managers to ensure properties are ready for guests, owners thoroughly understand our services before activation, and properties are optimized for achieving five-star ratings.

• Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier talent through call evaluations, skill enhancement sessions, pipeline metric assessments, and individual career development meetings—coaching on consultative sales strategies, objection handling, pipeline progression, and CRM best practices.

• Monitor and manage the health of the team pipeline, ensuring consultants maintain CRM accuracy, advance accounts effectively, and consistently achieve activation and conversion targets.

• Guide your team to meet or exceed monthly objectives by evaluating pipeline forecasts, conversion patterns, and individual performance data to inform coaching strategies and drive results.

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Account Management, and other cross-functional leaders to enhance the onboarding playbook, develop best practices, and pinpoint process improvements that enhance the owner experience and pipeline efficiency.

• Foster and maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team culture through regular team interactions, recognition initiatives, contests, and being a consistent, motivating presence for your team.

• Identify and advocate for innovative ideas and process enhancements that improve pipeline management, elevate the customer experience, and boost team performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, consultative sales, or a customer-facing role within a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

• At least 2 years of experience in people management is required, with a preference for candidates who have led a sales, onboarding, or pipeline-driven team.

• Proven ability to coach and develop team members on consultative sales techniques, objection handling, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.

• Capability to analyze and utilize data, including pipeline forecasts, conversion trends, and individual performance metrics, to enhance team performance and guide coaching decisions.

• Ability to think strategically and operate efficiently without compromising thoroughness.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clear and direct in both group and individual settings, especially when providing performance feedback related to sales and pipeline metrics.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a commitment to remaining informed about sales methodologies, pipeline best practices, and evolving process or playbook changes.
