This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan and implement the onboarding process:
• Collect essential data from the client
• Develop a project timeline for the implementation
• Create a database in Central
• Establish banking relationships and open accounts as necessary
• Set up payment processing agreements for both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maintain communication with owners
• Create user accounts for accessing CENTRAL and banking systems
• Coordinate with adjacent teams that will manage daily operations following the onboarding phase
• Implement technical systems and solutions to support organizational goals.
• Review previous rollout projects and generate reports that highlight insights and areas for improvement for future initiatives.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure that objectives are achieved throughout the implementation process.
• Develop project plans, document meeting minutes, and prepare other documentation to ensure all tasks are completed with quality as per the plan.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, acting as the first point of escalation.
• Identify and create process enhancements and ensure compliance with them.
• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS implementations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in project management, accounting knowledge, and/or data migration is a plus.
• The pay range includes a base salary along with any applicable bonuses or commissions.
