This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Greet new clients and assist them throughout the onboarding journey.
β’ Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions to gain insights into client requirements, objectives, and workflows.
β’ Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee precise setup and prompt service delivery.
β’ Monitor onboarding advancements and keep comprehensive records in CRM platforms.
β’ Respond to inquiries or concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
β’ Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing account management support.
β’ Previous experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
β’ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Highly organized with outstanding follow-up skills and attention to detail.
β’ Comfortable operating in a completely remote and fast-paced setting.
