This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist families in navigating the onboarding journey, which includes managing paperwork, documentation, insurance verification, and scheduling.

• Transform referrals into active clients by educating families about Hera and the value we bring to their care experience.

• Facilitate communication between families and Hera's care team to ensure a seamless transition to their designated Hero.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.

• Experience in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success, particularly with older adults or their families.

• Comfortable with technology and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
