Onboarding Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding procedures for both clinical and non-clinical new hires, as well as for promotions and transfers.

• Offer tier 2 technical assistance for internal and external career websites.

• Establish new employee records within the employee database.

• Manage the position code creation process and supervise the approval workflow.

• Safeguard sensitive information and ensure the confidentiality of personal data.

• Act as a liaison among various departments, including HR teams both within and outside the Service Center.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative capacity within Human Resources, Recruiting, or Onboarding.

• At least two (2) years of experience in handling high-volume hiring/onboarding in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred.
