Onboarding and Information Assurance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assess both short-term and long-term projects concerning the efficient and timely integration of new customers into the data ecosystem.

• Ensure that all customer-related data is accurately aligned.

• Assist various teams in defining logic to avert misaligned information.

• Analyze data to recognize and comprehend challenges and opportunities.

• Present findings and articulate complex concepts to the leadership team and individual stakeholders.

• Offer advice and recommendations for enhancements that are in line with the company's objectives.

• Develop plans for the improvement of systems and processes based on recommendations and oversee their implementation.

• Maintain the alignment of customer data for international data across all integrated systems utilized by the platform.

• Negotiate and address objections from stakeholders and various management levels.

• Document and define all processes related to the upkeep of a clean and aligned Customer Relationship dataset.

• Ensure the sustainability of partnerships through ongoing communication and necessary updates to shared data.

• Update dashboards for employee readouts, workload management, and upcoming tasks.

• Generate reports as needed to support various stakeholders within the organization.
